Felicity was appointed as the Chair of IFS in January 2024 and commenced as a Board Director in 2017. Felicity is a member of the IFS Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee (Chair 2022 to 2024) and, the IFS Group Remuneration Committee.
Felicity brings over 25 years’ experience across the finance, technology and legal services industries. Felicity is the Deputy CEO at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers and a Director of Western Chances. Felicity’s prior Directorships include, Deputy Chair of the Royal Women’s hospital, Director Eastern Health, Director the Victorian Deaf Society. Felicity also served on the Advisory Board of Australia Post. Felicity has also held senior roles at GE Capital, Telstra, and Slater & Gordon. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Monash University, is a Graduate of the Australian Company Directors and, has completed the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustee Director.
