Chloe is a strategic communications adviser and corporate affairs specialist.  Chloe has spent her career helping large companies and community organisations navigate change. She is also an author and advocate for women and girls.

Chloe brings a wealth of corporate and organisational experience at Executive and Board level. Most recently, Chloe was the Head of Corporate Affairs and Stakeholder Relations at Calibre Group Ltd. She is an Ambassador for Foyer Foundation.

Chloe was appointed Director of Alfred Health on 1 July 2020 and Chair of Centre for Digital Wellbeing Advisory Board in 2023. She is also a Director of the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust.

Her previous Board experience includes the Endeavour Foundation, Mindcare Limited, Queensland’s Mental Health Foundation and the Public Relations Association of Australia (Qld). She was also Deputy Chair AIST Special Interest Group on Member Engagement. Chloe was a member of the Strategic Engagement Committee for the Burnet Institute, and a Strategic Advisor for their Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies program in Papua New Guinea.

Chloe began her career as a journalist. She holds a BA as well as qualifications in management and corporate social responsibility. Chloe hopes to use her experience to help improve the economic empowerment and financial security of Australian women – at work and in retirement.

Chloe is a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance committee (appointed December 2019) and was appointed to the IFS Board in August 2017.
