Legal advice for super funds

We advise on all aspects of superannuation, managed investments, commercial and general industrial relations issues. Some examples include:

• Liaison with ASIC and APRA, including licensing and reviews
• Review of a variety of contracts, commercial and confidentiality agreements
• Review of group life insurance policies
• Assistance with ‘Choice of Fund’ related issues
• Review of pooled and unit trust investment structures
• Review of publications including annual reports, product disclosure statements, brochures and advertisements

Mortgage and property law

Our mortgage and conveyance (transfer of ownership) department services Members Equity Bank home loan clients as well as anyone who needs personal assistance with property law related issues.
A flat fee applies for these services.
