New IFS Order Site

IFS has produced a new online ordering website specifically for IFFP, fund and union staff. It has been created due to the continuous growth in the catalogue of IFS marketing and member communication materials and the increasing number of orders received nationally.

On the new IFS Order Site you will be able to:

  • Browse the entire IFS catalogue of materials
  • Download and order IFFP, IRIS Retirement Income, ME Investment Funds & AUSfund communication and member education materials for your members
  • Change your contact details, order on behalf of someone else or assign a separate delivery address for specific orders
  • Identify at a glance what’s new from IFS

How to access the site:

  1. Go to ifsorder.com.au
  2. On the login page, click on the ‘Join now’ link to register your details and follow the prompts.
  3. Enter your email address to login – if you are unable to login, please let us know via email.
  4. Once logged in, click on ‘My details’ to ensure they are correct, and read the instructions carefully before starting your order.

Kay Thawley appointed CEO of Industry Fund Services

The Board of Industry Fund Services is pleased to announce the appointment of KayThawley to the position
of Chief Executive Officer.

Kay brings a wide range of experience in the delivery of financial services in Australia, the United Kingdom
and the United States. This experience, along with some years of senior executive appointments and
recent consulting experience, will enable her to add value to the existing management team in IFS, and to
the businesses they lead.

She will take up the position on Monday 14 December, 2009.
